Notes:
1. We require a deposit of 1/3 of the price, and the balance 6 weeks
before
your arrival. Where we have quoted a discounted price, the price
reverts to the full amount if payment is not made on time. We reserve
the right to rebook the property if payment is not made on time,
the deposit paid will be forfeit. We
do not refund monies if you cancel, we recommend you take out travel
insurance.
2. We require a Housekeeping Bond of £100 for High Rigg, or
for when one party books all three of The Sett, Bleaberry and Brocklebeck.
Please forward this with your balance, by a separate cheque. This
is entirely refundable, except where breakages/damage occurs, or
if the property requires extra cleaning after you leave. In this
case we will make a deduction.
3. Our prices include all bed linen,
towels, heating and electricity.
4.
It is not possible to allow more guests in each property than the
maximum stated number, or unaccompanied children (under 18yrs)
in any cottage.
5. All our properties are non-smoking. We are sorry we do not allow
pets.
6.
We have our own private water supply: filtered, cleaned and tested.
