* Cottages are available for full weeks from Friday to Friday
* Short Breaks from November to March, and at short notice, of 2 or more nights.
Rates are: 2 nights 60% weekly rate, 3 nights 70%, extra nights at 15%
* We are currently offering 4 nights for the price of 3 for a short break starting on a Monday
* Your cottage price includes: Bed linen, towels, hand towels, tea towels

In Winter; a basket of logs for the wood burning stove in High Rigg

Free use of travel cot, cot bedding and high chair, children's toy box (subject to availability, please reserve on booking)
* you can ring or email to check availability for the week/cottage you want and then you may use the downloadable forms below to send your details. You can secure your booking immediately by paying over the phone by debit or credit card, or booking securely on-line. We take 1/3 of price as deposit. (A charge of 2.5% fee is applied for credit cards). The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am please.
You can also pre-order fine meat & game for delivery on your day of arrival. Also celebration cakes, and flowers. If you'd like a chef who can cook a special meal in your cottage (minimum 8). please ask for details.
